I am running Desktop Central Build 10.0.686. My inventory scan job runs daily on all  machines and last scanned time information reflects tasks are running.  The information within Desktop Central- inventory/computer/security/firewall profiles enabled/disabled for Private ,Domain and Public is not accurate when comparing to what is seen in Windows OS .  Are you seeing this as well?
