I’ve recently upgraded our on premise ServiceDesk Plus installation from 11005 to version 12006.

I’m now being asked to install Desktop Central to scan computers. I'm disappointed I can no longer scan using WMI and have to manage another agent on my computers,

When I click ‘Download and Install’ Desktop Central I’m getting the error

"Aw, snap! No internet on the server machine."





I do have internet on my ServiceDesk Plus server, 

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I've logged a support ticket with ServiceDesk support but no progress in 3 days.
