Desktop Central - Help Desk Ticket System
When a employee uses the Help Desk Submit ticket system, it captures there username. However, in AD the username is not apart of their email address. We strictly use the Alias name.
Example: My username is jasonc. However my email address is jason.capo@kellstrom.com
Is there a way that Desktop Central can scan the username and get the alias name instead.
When a user submits the ticket, they do not a reply or a conformation that the ticket was submitted successfully.
