Desktop Central encountered a problem while performing Restore.

I am trying to move my desktop central DB using the instructions in the following article:

When I get to step 2 of the restore, I keep getting the error


'Internal Application Error. Desktop Central encountered a problem while performing Restore'.


I contacted support on March 3rd and still have not received any assistance. ManageEngine support is very poor.


Does anyone have any ideas?
