Hi, we have a problem where we cannot view a second monitor on our machines with dual monitors. There appears to be no extra little button to switch between monitors at the top of the remote sesssion window, DC just recognises the primary monitor. This is the case whether we are connecting to a laptop with a monitor in dual display mode, or if we are connecting to a desktop pc with two connected monitors. I've taken a look at the Computer Details > Hardware > Monitor for several machines, and while it says there are two monitors, the details for both are exactly the same.

 

We have build no 70114.

 

Is there a setting that i have to enable somewhere? I thought dual monitors would just be detected automatically as stated in the FAQ. I'm wondering if a particular monitor has somehow been associated with the remote machine individually, causing the remote session to only display that monitor. How do i change that association, if that is the case?
