Desktop Central - Change Local Administrator Password

Can Desktop Central be used to bulk change the local administrator password for all desktops in a domain - Active Directory?
We have this as a big and painful administrative task at the moment.
And, does Desktop Central have any remote desktop feature - where the administrator can take control of a user's desktop for support purposes?
Are any of the feature a part of the current release or are planned for a near future release?
