Desktop Central cannot start after update from 10.1.2137.11 to 10.1.2137.15

Dear Sir/Madam,

I upgraded Desktop Central server from 10.1.2137.11 to 10.1.2137.15. After upgraded, I couldn't start services. Please guide to rollback to previous version.
