Hello, we currently are using Build 70011 in our Desktop Central production environment.  We are now testing Build 70230 in development and have run into some issues installing the agent on some PCs. 

 

The agent installs fine from Build 70011 but the error "Unable to get the agent status.  Operation timed out", occurs for the same PCs when we attempt to install the agent from the new build (via SOM).  The agent is failing on PCs that are located in more remote areas that may not have a very fast connection speed.

 

I did notice a size difference between the two agents, 4218KB for 70011 versus 6553KB for 70203.  Could this make a difference when installing the agent on more remote computers?

 

Is there a different method for installing this larger agent on those PCs that might have a slower connection?
