Desktop Central Automated Patch Deployment not working for WebEx Teams

Hello,

we have several Rules for automated Patch Deployment, for Example Deployment for WebEx Teams. Actually, the Version 41.1.0.17621 should be deployed, but failed with:

  1. Eine andere Version des Produkts ist bereits installiert. Die Installation dieser Version kann nicht fortgesetzt werden. Verwenden Sie die Systemsteuerungsoption "Software", um die vorhandene Version dieses Produkts zu konfigurieren oder zu entfernen.
English Translation:

  1.  Another version of the product is already installed. The installation of this version cannot be continued. Use the Add or Remove Programs control panel option to configure or remove the existing version of this product.

Same Error appears, if I try to update the Software via normal Deployment. I do not want to remove the program every time a new update is available. :)

Another problem is also, our Helpdesk or our Sales Team is using the software very frequently and if i create a task, which first uninstall the software and install the new version, the affected users lose their connections to customers in this time.

Is it possible, to update the WEBEx Teams Software via automated patch deployment without the error for a installed another version?
