Desktop Central Assets Not Showing in Service Desk

We're trying to use Custom Actions - Install\Uninstall Software and when we try to find the Workstation in the drop down it doesn't show.
We have Desktop Central and it's agents are installed.
The machine in question shows in DC and we have our Integration settings set-up.

However some PCs are not pulling into SD. Is there a way to force the assets over manually and where can we look to see what might be failing?

On prem SD (11010) and DC (442).
