We have a configuration to make registry setting changes (Direct download of patches and WSUS changes).  We have this set to a Target group of an OU (Our top level) and once saved it says it will deploy to 2075 machines.   What happens in a week or so when we add 50 more machines to our AD.  Will this config auto update to include these newly added machines or do we need to modify and save it again to pick these up

If the last sentence is what we have to do (which would be horrible) how do we make this dynamic so new computers coming on domain get these changes automaitcally?
