after installing agent the service "ManageEngine Desktop Central - Agent" is not appear in windows services.

we had patch manger plus recently and we decided to use desktop central

i removed patch manger plus agent then installed ManageEngine Desktop Central - Agent but it did not worked

i tried

dcagentregister.exe and dcagentservice.exe but no luck

does any have a better solution to my problem?
