We have a issue with the Desktop central agent in our VDI environment. When ever we perform windows update desktop central agents stops working and we find that the agent is not available in control panel or the service is running and also the icon tray is missing.In our last encounter we reinstalled it and it worked fine. But during our recent update the desktop central agent is not coming up.
We had a doubt with the AV and we tried adding the exception as well as disabling it but couldn't get the agent to work( Trend Micro agent less).
As we tried all available option and couldn't get the agent working I taught of posting in the forum to get some help.
Also I noticed that in C:\Program Files (x86)\DesktopCentralAgent\ lots of files missing including the DLL.
Please advise.
