Desktop Central agent "Apply configuration" Question
Why will the desktop agent on users computers not reapply configurations when "Apply configurations" is clicked? For instance I have a shortcut configuration that puts certain shortcuts on peoples desktops. If a user would accidentally delete one of these shortcuts I could tell them to right click on the agent on the task bar and click "Apply configuration" and they would appear in a few seconds. Now they will not show up at all unless I go into the console and "Deploy" the configuration. Then I can use the "Apply configuration" from the agent and the shortcuts will appear. Is this by design or am I missing something? Thank you in advance. I am using Desktop Central 9 build 90045 with the Agent version 9.0.45.W.
