Desktop Alarms
I have what I think is a daft question but I'm unsure of how to do it. I have generic alarms installed but I'd like to alter ones for desktops. My office is not open 24 hours and most people switch their desktops off at night.
I'd like to stop monitoring desktops between say 18:00 and 07:00 so that I don't come in to a large amount of alarms as they are automatically generating ServiceDesk incidents thus causing me work which I don't need to do (as well as putting my stats out somewhat).
