We've updated to the 8109 release, and some of our technicians experiencing issues in viewing requests.
When they open request, sometimes (but often) they can view only the part of the request description. And the other part is missing.
Only admins from branch offices report this problem (they have WAN access to the site - from 2 to 40 mbit/s).
Clearing the Internet Explorer cache helps them, but not for a long time.
Please help me to solve it.
