Description field double spaced
Hi Team,
Since upgrading from 9004 to 9046 when we receive requests by email (we only use email to submit tickets) a number of them have the line breaks double spaced. I'm assuming it's probably HTML emails.
Unfortunately this not only looks bad but it also pushes all of the rest of the ticket content down the page.
Could you please look at this to see if there is a way of correcting this?
When we were running build 9004 this was not an issue.
