Description Additional Incident Fields
Whilst you are creating a template and you're adding an additional field, you CAN fill in the description-field of that additional field. But the information that is given in this field, is nowhere to be found. I find this odd and kinda useless.
It would be nice to have this information available for the end-user. Whilst one makes a request, and he/she rolls-over the field name, it would be great that the description pops up in a tool-tip?
Could this feature be added?
