There doesn't seem to be a way to create the needed fields for a Deprovisioning request.  Trying to use the User Modification process, so that HR can request the deprovision request.  But some of the needed information (Forward Email Y/N, Retain email for 90 days, Give X access to email for 90 days) I don't see any way to create custom fields/text fields for HR to put this information in.

The product looks create on the creation, and modification, but no way to workflow the deprovision steps properly.
