deploying software run as 'user' still running as 'system'

Hello DC team,

I am wondering why this is not working?

I have created a deployment in which case I would like interaction with the desktop. I have choose to run the installer as domain admin.
The issue I am running into is even in the summery it's showing correct as run as 'domain/user' on the local workstation the exe I am trying to run is running as 'system'. In this case I have to run it as admin to I get an interaction with the desktop and the user will get a pop up where to enter a password. I have tested this via command line on the local computer and all the switches and arguments are working fine, my only issue remaining is that even run as 'user' is choose DC is running it as 'system'.
How can I correct this?
