Deploying software issue.

I use the Desktop Central 7 central on a small network I manage remotely. Recently I've been running into a weird issue when deploying software. I would create a package and deploy to a computer. When the installation window appears it doesnt appear correctly as I can't select any options via the interface. Now when I open that same package from a network share the software opens correctly and it shows the options.
I attached a Document to show you what I am talking about. Figure 1 shows AVG being installed on a workstation with DC 7 and Figure 2 is AVG being installed from a network share. This is from the same package being distributed. Now it's not just AVG software but all software in general being deployed through Desktop Central 7. The same software works fine if manually installed from the network share. I don't know why.
I am running DC 7 with the current service packs and updates, Build No : 70122. I hope someone could tell which direction I should take to fix this. I don't know why it doing this all of a sudden.
