We have purchase Password manager Pro subscription for on premise server and in the process of installing it in our Microsoft Azure cloud.

However, I have found that PMP is available in Azure Market place as a service and it is mentioned that I can bring my own license if I intend to leverage the cloud facility with Azure.

1. what is the cost of Password manager Pro in Azure? I found the below link which explains the price of the VM hosting PMP in Azure but does not tell me the cost of PMO itself:

2. what will be the cost of PMP without using my on premise subscription? ( BYOL Vs normal license) in Azure?

3. is there a technical document that describes the deployment of PMP in Azure step by step?
