Hi,

we have about 25 new Samsung tablets, which we want to manage with Endpoint MDM. Our plan is to use QR Code deployment. I made a template and the devices are setup with a few clicks, receive a new name and are attached to a specific group in MDM. 

I can attach profiles to the group and modify nearly all switches and it works as expected. But there is one big issue.

I cant connect the devices to a WLAN where we use certificates and a radius server for authentication. The profile is enrolled, but on the device I can only see a message  "connection failed". I cant find any further information an the device. I configured the profile to use an existing user / password combination and a existing CA  certificate.

If i try to install the device completely manually, i can attach it to the desired WLAN with the same option given in the profile with 1 exception. During manual installation of the tablets i can select  "ignore" when it comes to CA certificates. This is not possible within MDM profiles.

Is there anyone in the world, who can help  and explain where my fault is? If you need further information, feel free to contact me...
