Department master mail
Hi i'm here again for your help.
I use 9.2 standard version of the program. I edited users and department. I gave each one user one specific department with a specific department master. I wanted to know if the master of a department can know by mail (by notification) when his user creates a new ticket or if the ticket can be sent by mail to the department master .
