Department Link
While setting up a notification response, I noticed that when I choose the content variable "Department" it shows up as
$UDF_CHAR5. When I get the actual response though, it doesn't show anything for where the department is meant to be.
Does anyone know why this is and can you help me to get the department to show in a notification response?
