$Department is not working correctly, when I select it to add it to an email notice template, it comes up as $UDF_CHAR9 instead.
$Department is not working correctly, when I select it to add it to an email notice template, it comes up as $UDF_CHAR9 instead. Neither seem to pull the department that the ticket is set to.
