Hi,

I had demoted the technician to requester and later have deleted it by mistake.

Now it is showing me as deleted under SD portal., I dont know what was the technician id of it.

Wanted all the data (request - close / open or onhold) to allot him back as the same user is back on work.

I know I need to create a new user, same user cant be back in SD portal but I can create a new user and can move the request to this new user by some query command by replacing the technician id by I dont what was the id of deleted technician. 

The issue is 1st I had made him as requester and then deleted.
