Dell Warranty status not updating correctly

Hi,

I am currently running DC8 ans while most of the warranty details have been scanned correctly, there are some which are currently showing as expired even though they have been purchased this tear.

When I look at the machine info it shows the correct purchase date but the expiry date is the same date.

When I then perform a scan for the information it used to bring up a dialog box saying the details supplied were incorrect and when I clicked on the tag link it took me to the Dell warranty page for the machine which showed no warranty details.

Dell have now fixed up no warranty details showing on their site, but now when I perform the scan for one of these machines it seems to take the purchase date as the expiry date and backdates the purchase date for 2 years.

Is this a bug in DC, or have Dell changed the way their site presents the information?
