Hi,

I'm testing a deploy to update BIOS in Dell Latitude 5420 (Suported BIOS). This laptop is with password in BIOS. So,  I have performed the following steps:

1 - It was configured the BIOS credential in Patch Manager Plus

2 - It was deployed the "Dell BIOS Provider" - Patch ID - 111005. However it appeared that "This Patch is not applicable to this machine"

3 - It was deployed the BIOS update - Patch ID 1414055 , but it failed - Failed Patch Deployments

How can i solve this issue?
