  Is there any way for the content of SC+ to be delivered entirely over https when this option is enabled?  At present we have a situation where images are being delivered over http whilst the rest of the system is being sent over https.  This causes IE to halt the page load whilst asking the user whether they want to view non-secure elements of the page.
  Because this predominently appears to happen when images are embedded into request/emails it is becoming an increasing pain for a growing number of users, internal and external.
