Hello dear Forumists,

I  deleted the generic account called Administrator in order to recycle one licence.

I 've tried to add another technician and thisd is not possible anymore!!! No warning messages, nothing!

Do you have any idea why is hapeninng this?

What could I do in order to have the other technician created?
