Deleting/Removing Requesters
Hi,
We are currently import all requesters using the Ad Sync tool. My question is there any automated process for removing requesters when they leave the organisation?
In AD they are moved to a disabled users O/U. When using the AD sync, this folder is excluded from the import, however the user remains in Service Desk as there seems to be no means of removing them other than manual deletion
