deleting attachments

deleting attachments

Hi

I am trying to delete an attachment by editing job, clicking on delete icon and pressing update button. When I go back into the ticket it is still there.

I have added and removed other attachments from the same job but this on will not delete. Is this just a glitch or can I force its removal in any other way?
