Deleting archived requests directly from DB
Hi,
It's good to have possibility to archiving requests but this is also a big problem that we can do nothing with them - and all category, subcategory etc. are depend from requests which are out of manage!
Can you help me to understand how possible to delete some archived request directly from DB?
By what sign possible to different it's position (table) from position (table) not-archived requests?
(ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 7.6-7606)
