Deleting a Technician Group
I'm trying to delete one of our technician groups since that department was closed down. When I do, I get the following error message:
'Group is being used by a module. Hence cannot be deleted'
Why does it not tell me which module it is being used by? Which modules could it possibly be? Do I have to go through and check all of them?
Anyone else had this?...
