I am trying to tidy up the helpdesk so it is more enduser friendly. I require deleting two sites from the list but when I try to do this I get an error message stating that the site is being used by another module and hence cannot be deleted. Any help on rectifying this would be much appreciated.

 

I have already searched all the tickets ever created and none of them have this site listed.
