I have a question. Is there any way to delete support groups in bulk?

We have a customer with more than 90 accounts created and he needs to delete support groups associated to different sites from those accounts.

We have identified the sites to which these groups are associated. Is there any way to delete them or mark them inactive through a Query in MSSQL?
