Hi,

 

When I try to delete a Support Group a message appear saying 'Groups Cannot Be Deleted'.

 

The group has no SLAs, no Business Rules, no Departments and only one user defined. I cannot remove the user as it won't save without a technican in the list.

 

Please advise how I can delete this Support Group.
