We installed a new instance of ServiceDesk Plus (version 14.1 build 14101) and we run into a similar issue as the thread below.

ServiceDesk is setup with the default pgSQL database. Could you help us in deleting the below categories, I'm willing to delete everything if it isn't possible to save the one Category..
