Delete Bulk Users Via CSV

Hi, I'm trying a trial of AD Manager. I want to delete users from a csv file. What are the header attributes needed at the top of each row in order for AD Manager to read it? I'm currently getting this error:  The following attribute(s) in the header is/are not authorized for this user.
