i want to create some workflows for administrators.

Different admins should only see the groups and users in the workflow, which are neccessary for them. In the add to group workflow, there have to be a standard time to revert these group memberships after 8 hours. The users should not be able to choose "never expire".

For every workflow there has to be an information sent to special users. 

Is this possible to implement?
