Our Opmanager email alerts are getting delayed (They are displayed on the Alerts page in time though). They were 7 hours delayed on Monday morning and we restarted the service and it came back, but over the course of the day they got more and more behind. The same was true yesterday and by the days end it was 9 hours behind. I upgraded to 10.2 last night in the hopes this would correct it, but this morning the latest alert I have fired at 03:07am but arrived by email at 08:26am.
Our email system is working perfectly, all internal and external emails are arriving ontime.
Our DBA says that the database server is fine, no issues reported on it and that the database is healthy.
Can you tell me what else I can check please?
