Hi,

We have an issue about the delayed alerts; We would like to receive an e-mail alert only after 5 minutes. We configured a notification profile with Delayed Trigger and 'Do not trigger if alarm is acknowledged' check box enabled. It seems doesn’t work because OpManager sends an e-mail alert as soon as an critical event occurs.

The our current OpManager version is 11600 and it runs on Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter (64bit).
