We'll get a request for assistance, I ask them when I can remote on, they say now. The computer icon in endpoint central shows as green and turned on, ready to remote on, we click remote control, it goes red and gives us a little wait that sometimes takes up to 10 mins. Once it's back and green we can remote on as usual. The delay really kills our efficiency. We're all ready to go except the remote control prevents us.
