Definition of Response Time
When I'm configuring a monitor for IIS, I realized from the statistics (shown in AppManager) that during the last 7 days, my IIS server Response Time is always above 4000 ms.
So, I wonder how AppManager defines Response Time. From the IIS log, the only hit coming from my AppManager server is a get to the root web. Is this how AppManager calculates Response Time?
If yes, then I wonder why AppManager gets >4000ms while if I hit manually using a browser it is always fast (less than 1 second).
If no, then can you tell me how AppManager calculates Response Time?
