Default views (requests and tasks)

Default views (requests and tasks)

Hello,

We have had a query within our business if it's possible to set a default view for all technicians within Requests. For example, a standard set of columns to display when technicians access Requests or Tasks.

Currently, each individual technician needs to add the columns they want - but can this be set centrally so these columns appear for all technicians?
