Is it possible to display the drop down incident templates when the user clicks "New Incident" rather than displaying the default template?

 

If so, how do I do it.

 

If not, I think it would make a useful feature to give admins the ability to select which is displayed. In our inevironment we do not want the users using the default form but are constantly having to remind them not to.
