Default Search View in Endpoint Central

Default Search View in Endpoint Central

Hello, 
Many of my technicians are reporting that when they try to search for a device in Endpoint Central, the search view defaults to 'Features & Articles' instead of 'Computer Name' like it used to. If they change it to 'Computer Name,' they can search for a device. However, as soon as they go to do another search, it defaults back to 'Features & Articles.' Is there a way to set the default search view?
