Default request view and progression

Default request view and progression

Hello,
Is there any way to administratively dictate the columns of the request views so everyone see the presentation in the same way?  Force a default sort?  Also, continuing with the need for consistency, is there a way to force a certain on technicians on logon and at a regular interval?

I would like my team to to log on and see a view of all Critical requests before moving on to any of the "My" views.  I want this view to include the columns I think are important (Response Due By) without needing them to add it to personal views.

If we have 3 or 4 views that are important, it would be great if they could left/right arrow to the next view in sequence or better have a button for them that is brightly illuminated until you have seen it.
