Default Request Template Shows to requesters when should be hidden
Hello,
I recently noticed that our default request template is currently showing to all requesters even though we have the option selected to hide it. I have tested with two separate requester accounts. Restarted the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Service, and Power-cycled the machine, as well as toggled and saved the options. Please see attached images. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or is something specific to our installation.
